FAQ | Big Blue Photo Booth

Question 1

How much does a photo booth rental cost?

Accepted Answer

Our packages are simple: $400 for two hours, $500 for three hours, or $600 for four hours. Every package includes unlimited prints, GIFs and boomerangs, fun props and accessories, and full setup and takedown — no hidden fees, just great memories.

Question 2

How many pictures can we print?

Accepted Answer

As many as you want! Prints are unlimited for the entire rental period. Every one of your guests can walk away with a printed keepsake, and there's no limit on how many times the booth can be used.

Question 3

What's included with every rental?

Accepted Answer

Every package includes unlimited prints, GIFs and boomerangs, a curated selection of fun props and accessories, and complete setup and takedown by our team. You bring the party — we handle the rest.

Question 4

Is the photo booth easy to use?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Guests simply step in, see themselves on the touchscreen in real time, and follow the on-screen prompts to strike a pose. A countdown timer lets everyone know when the photo is about to snap, and prints come out moments later. It's fun for all ages — no instructions needed.

Question 5

How much space do you need?

Accepted Answer

Our open-air setup fits comfortably in most venues — a corner for the booth and backdrop, plus a little room for guests to line up. We'll also need access to a standard power outlet nearby. If you're unsure whether your venue will work, send us the details and we'll take a look.

Question 6

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Santa Barbara and serve the surrounding Central Coast — weddings, birthdays, corporate events, school dances, and everything in between. Reach out with your event location and we'll confirm we can make it.

Question 7

Will someone be there to run the booth?

Accepted Answer

Yes! An attendant arrives early to set everything up, stays through your event to keep the line moving and help guests get the perfect shot, and handles all the takedown afterward — so you can actually enjoy your own party.

Question 8

How do I reserve my date?

Accepted Answer

The easiest way is to call or text us at (805) 818-4597, or fill out the quote form on our contact page with your event date, time, and location. Weekends fill up fast, so reaching out early is the best way to lock in your date!
